Cleaning
- All chalets will be cleaned and disinfected at every changeover. Please see our Cleaning Information Sheet for full details of what this includes.
Bedding and Linen
- To minimise the risk of transmission, we will not supply linen this season and ask all customers to bring their own bedding (duvet cases, sheets and pillow cases) and towels.
- If you have booked and paid for bedding, we will refund the amount you have paid.
- A clean mattress protector and pillow protectors are put on every bed on changeover day.
- We will supply 3 tea towels and a bath mat per chalet. These are washed at 60 degrees.
Arrivals
- We ask you to confirm the name and contact details of every person staying in the chalet. This will be sent to you pre-arrival by email.
- Check in will be 4pm and not 3pm. Unfortunately, it takes significantly longer to clean the chalets on changeover day. If the chalet is available earlier, we will contact you.
- The door handle, key and the key box outside the chalet will be disinfected for your arrival.
Contact With Your Hosts
- We live in Dartmouth just 5 minutes away. You can contact us anytime on 07412 061985 or 0791 9191 481. You can also video call on WhatsApp.
- We aim to minimise our contact with you during your stay but we will pop by to say hello from a safe distance!
- If you have any problems that require us to visit the chalet, we will ask you to leave whilst we carry out any maintenance. If we have to enter the chalet, we will wear disposable gloves.
During Your Stay
- No paper leaflets (days out / information etc) will be left in the chalet but we will have information in a wipeable plastic folder. If you do pick up leaflets during your stay, please recycle them before you leave.
- We will no longer leave a roll of bin bags - each chalet will be left 3 individual white bin liners and a large black bin bag.
- Each chalet will have cleaning products and 2 cloths. These cloths will be disposed of when you leave. Please feel free to bring your own cleaning products - but please do remember to take them home with you!
- We will not be supplying salt and pepper shakers as these could potentially transmit the virus between different occupants. We ask that you bring your own.
- We ask all visitors to have windows open during their stay (weather permitting). This will allow air to circulate through the chalet.
- We supply single use sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate.
Departure Information
- We ask that guests do not leave any food in the chalet - used or unused. Please clean out the fridge and take all food and drink items with you when you leave.
- We will supply all guests with a bag for dirty items such as tea towels and bath mats. Please tie securely and leave outside the chalet on departure day.
- Please dispose of all rubbish in one of the big bins around the park.
- Please double check that you have taken every item from the chalet when you leave. We cannot post any items.
- Don’t forget the linen and towels you brought with you!
- Leave all windows open and please do not turn off appliances
- We ask that you leave the chalet in a clean and tidy state - it will help us a great deal.
