Your safety is our primary concern. We have taken all possible steps to make sure that our holidays chalets are not only cleaned but disinfected thoroughly for your arrival. We are fully accredited through the Visit England "Good to Go" scheme and the AA "Covid Safe" scheme.

Comprehensive Cleaning Every Changeover
- All of our chalets are thoroughly cleaned and will be disinfected every changeover. We use an industrial "fogging machine" for disinfecting our chalets
- We will use certified EN14476 standard cleaning disinfectant
- Touch points such as light switches and door handles will be disinfected
- The kitchens and bathrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
- All kitchen equipment and crockery is put through the dishwasher on changeover day.
- This covers everything that is used in the kitchen and everything that you find in your cupboards. Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, saucepans, frying pans, utensils and cutlery will all be washed.
- The fridge, oven and hob together with all surfaces/cupboards are cleaned and disinfected.
- All small appliances will be disinfected including kettle, toaster and microwave.
- The dustbin in the kitchen will be wiped down and cleaned and disinfected.
- All surfaces, the sink, taps, handles, shower cubicle and shower fittings are cleaned and disinfected.
- Toilet bleached
- Hand soap dispenser cleaned and disinfected
- All light switches and door handles (exterior and interior) will be cleaned and disinfected
- The key box outside the chalet will be disinfected.
- All washable floors will be cleaned and disinfected
- To minimise the risk of transmission, we will not supply linen this season and ask all customers to bring their own bedding (duvet cases, sheets and pillow cases).
- A clean mattress protector and pillow protectors are put on every bed on changeover day.
- Furniture will be wiped and disinfected, including table, chairs, sofa's (if wipeable) , bed frames, cabinet units.
- The TV and DVD remote controls will be disinfected.
- No paper leaflets (days out / information etc) will be left in the chalet
- Place mats and coasters will be cleaned and disinfected.
- The handles and touch points on the hoover, mop, bucket and items such as the ironing board and iron will all be disinfected.
- To avoid any cross contamination between chalets, the cloths used to clean a chalet are single use and disposed of at the end of individual chalet clean.
- Cleaning staff (that includes us!) are equipped with protective equipment which includes aprons, gloves and masks.
- All PPE is disposed of at the end of each individual chalet clean and new PPE is put on before the start of the next chalet clean.
- Each chalet will be left with an EN14476 cleaning solution along with 2 cloths. The cloths (used or unused) will be disposed of on changeover day.
- We will no longer leave a roll of bin bags - each chalet will be left 3 individual white bin liners.
- We will continue to supply 3 tea towels and a bath mat per chalet. These are washed at 60 degrees. We will supply all guests with a dirty linen bag and ask that the tea towels and bathmat be placed in the bag, tied securely and left outside the chalet on departure day.
